How does the appointment scheduling work?
Click on the lessons or the "book a lesson" button to go to my calendar page where you can schedule your lesson date and time. You can securely make a payment on that page. We use PayPal which also gives you the option to purchase your lessons with a credit card or a debit card.
Is it possible to purchase more than one lesson at a time?
Absolutely! You purchase each lesson before scheduling the time you want. We don't have subscriptions but you can buy and schedule up to 4 classes. Appointments for lessons can be made up to 12 hours before the lesson, and up to a month and a half in advance.
Can I purchase lessons with a credit card or debit card if I don't have PayPal?
Yes. We securely accept credit card payments through PayPal.
How to make a payment:
Once the lesson booking is confirmed in the calendar, you will be directed to a page with a "Pay with PayPal" button at the bottom.
Fill out the form entirely if you're a new student to share your English learning goals. If you're a returning student, only fill out your name and email address.
Click on the "Pay With PayPal" button at the bottom. You can pay with a credit card as well.
On the next page, choose your payment option (credit card, or PayPal wallet).
Type in your details. Click on the button below to complete payment.
Please wait until the payment is completely processed in the PayPal portal. It can take a few minutes. Do not refresh or close the page.
When your payment has been completed, you will be directed to my webpage that says, "Thank You"
A payment notification for your lesson appointment will be sent to your email.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are listed in US dollars.
How many lessons should I purchase per week?
For optimal progress and to help you achieve your goals, we recommend scheduling one to two lessons per week. Consistent practice is essential.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled class time.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to your scheduled class time are eligible for a refund.
Do you teach children?
No, lessons are tailored to students aged 17 and older only.
Do I have to turn on my camera during classes?
Yes. This is non-negotiable. If a student does not have their camera turned on, I cannot teach them. Please read the "requirements" under the description of each lesson in the "Book A Lesson" page.
